Tahini (sesame cream), the basic ingredient of Halva, is an excellent source of protein (26%) and polyunsaturated fats (60%), is rich in vitamins and has traces of iron and magnesium. This variety of Halva is sweetened with a chocolate flavoring.

5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 light and smooth

This halva is among the best I have eaten for its smoothness and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The value is fair, not overly expensive, but I would buy it often if it were less.

5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Reflections of a halvah connoisseur

This halvah is quite good, but not the best I have had in recent years. On the plus side, it is fresh, uniform in texture and has a nice flavor. On the down side, it could use a stronger chocolate taste. Another company made a much more chocolatey product, but our local store no longer carries it. I think the distributor was from New Hampshire, but am not sure. Anyway, I would buy this stuff again, as I don't know of any better product in my neck of the woods

5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Nice hint of chocolate...

Actually more of a marble halva. The swirl of chocolate gives a nice accent flavor to the plain/vanilla halva. Very nice product--sweet but not overwhelmingly so. I buy it again and again and again and will continue to do so. That reminds me: Gotta go. I need to place another order!
