The stainless steel 2 cup briki I ordered is easy to handle and works well on a glass top stove. I had some trouble getting the coffee to foam as much as I wanted. I stirred and boiled and watched the coffee very closely, but I didn't get very much froth. I'm sure this was my problem with the technique the first few times. I will probably get better with practice. Good product.
