I'm always a little leery of ordering jewelry online ... the actual product vs the photos is often disappointing. So, when I opened the box and saw the bracelet, I broke into a wide grin. Beautiful! Finely crafted, solid - exceeded my expectations. I'm also very pleased with the customer service they provide. Top notch transaction.
