Greek Tea Recipe

Instructions for making a quart of Greek tea (makes 4 cups):

1 quart of boiling water
1/2 ounce of Greek tea. If tea is in bunches on the stems, remove flowers and leaves from stems.
Greek honey, if desired to taste

Pour water over tea and allow to steep for about 10 minutes. The tea will have a light yellow/tan color.

Using a tea strainer, pour the tea into a cup.

Enjoy with a Greek biscuit!
