Shrimp With Tomato Sauce

2 lbs. shrimp
olive oil
1 ½ lbs ripened tomato
1 tbs tomato paste
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup white wine
½ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup
Greek vinegar
Sea salt
Pepper
Wash and peel shrimp. Boil with dash of salt and ¼ cup vinegar. In a saucepan put oil and sauté onions. Add wine, tomato puree, and tomato paste mixed with 1 cup water from the boiled shrimp. Let it cook until sauce is thick.
Add parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Add shrimp. Let it cook for 10 more minutes. Serve hot or cold.
