Stuffed Peppers & Tomatoes Recipe
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 green onions
2 sticks butter
½ cup rice
½ cup chopped parsley
10-12 tomatoes or peppers or mixed
2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp pepper
Sauté onions with 1 stick butter in large skillet. Add ground beef. Mix well. Add warm water, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add rice and mix well. Turn heat off. Wash tomatoes and peppers and cut the top off about one inch below the stem. Empty the inside out with a spoon and place tomatoes and peppers in the round stainless steel pan. Stuff the tomatoes with the rice mixture. Cover tomatoes with their tops again.
Bake 350 for 1-1 ½ hours or until done.
