Tiropita Recipe

Greek tiropita recipe

1 lb fillo dough
1 lb feta cheese crumbled
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup olive oil and/or 3 sticks unsalted butter (you can use one or the other or both)

In an 11*14 in glass Pyrex pan, add 3-4 fillo leaves, brushing each with olive oil, butter or a mixture of each. Place 1/3 of feta cheese on leaves and top again with 3-4 fillo leaves brushing each with olive oil, butter or mixture of each. Cut Tiropita in squares. For the top mix the 6 eggs slightly with milk and pour it on top of fillo. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
